Ordering
By completing and submitting a payment via Paypal you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be despatched once we have authorisation from Paypal that your payment has been accepted and your address verified.
We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment has not been received within 14 days from the date you completed and submitted your order.

Cancelling an order
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please call us to arrange the cancellation. If the order is cancelled before despatch we will refund your payment via paypal within 3 days.
Returning an order
All Items with the exception of gift vouchers can be returned to Anthony Bingham within 30 days of the day we despatched the order. The items must be returned to the address specified here;

Anthony Bingham cannot accept returns of pierced earrings or cleaning products. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
The item(s) must be in its original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to decline any return or refund if the items have been used.
For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to Anthony Bingham by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights, see www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
Product availability
All our items are unique and it is possible that a prior sale online or in our store prevents the completion of your order.

Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted via Paypal.
Our Prices include VAT, postage and packing.
Delivery
We will deliver all items except gift vouchers via Royal Mail Special Delivery, for customers outside the UK we will use DHL.
Gift Vouchers will be despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Anthony Bingham cannot be held responsible for delivering to the incorrect address. You must make sure that your Paypal recorded address is the address you where you wish to receive/sign for the items.
